I’m very disappointed to see that my work has been classified “Posts Adult-oriented Content ».
Would you classifie, David buy Michelangelo, the ancient greek statues or Le radeau de la méduse by Théodore Géricault as “Posts Adult-oriented Content » It would be ridiculous and outrageous.
If people don’t want to be offended they should not take risk to be and act accordingly. Exp. You don’t want to see something you don’t like to see : don’t go out there to look for it ! Meaning here: don’t look at Ello.
If some people could be offended by my work it it their concern. Not mine. Their responsibility, not mine.
I REFUSE to label myself “”Posts Adult-oriented Content » as I don’t consider my work as such.
By indulging such discrimination, you encourage bigots and narrow minded people. Sad.
I find this classification abusive and distorting my work.
Instead of putting a classification on my work it would be more enlightening to educate people who can can art offensive, and mostly why they find it offensive…
This image that has been circulating on the net illustrate what I want to say.
Why « Ello », choose on which side you want to be : the side of freedom or the side of censorship ?
I count on you to lift the abusive classification you put on my work and remind people who find subject offensive that the had the right to not look but don’t have the one to enable people who want to see that kind of images not being able to.
Of course, if the labeling is not lifted, I’ll have to leave the « Ello » community…
« Ello” would just be like any other prude web community… sad…
